New edition of "Rights of Indians and Tribes"

The new edition of The Rights of Indians and Tribes (Jan, 2012) by Stephen Pevar is now available!

This book makes understanding Indian law easy for the student or layperson, but also includes valuable footnote references to primary and secondary resources for the scholar. The Rights of Indians and Tribes is one of the top five books used by the National Indian Law Library to help answer over 1,200 Indian law-related questions each year.

This new edition also contains a foreword written by NARF’s executive director, John Echohawk.
