Library of Congress’ Indigenous Law Portal Now Includes Tribes in Mexico

The Law Library of Congress recently added information for tribes within Mexico to their Indigenous Law Portal. In addition to tribes in the United States and Canada, the portal now includes 62 tribes in 18 states in Mexico.  For more information, see their blog post. Since July 2014, the library has been building the portal by adding content from their historical law collections as well as linking directly to current sources of information when that is available (including the National Indian Law Library’s Tribal Law Gateway).
